Blablasmartie2018: I'd consider that just a continuity difference, especially since the newly rebooted Glomgold is a mixture of both his South African origin in the comics and his Scottish persona in the DuckTales 1987 series. From what I understand, DuckTales 1987 itself was a television reboot/reimagining of Uncle Scrooge stories and inherited many characters while adding something new. The question is whether DuckTales should be folded into a Scrooge McDuck wiki. My tentative instinct would be both yes and no. I see no reason why a more inclusive wiki and a more exclusive wiki can't coexist. (Re: Including Darkwing Duck content in the DuckTales Wiki when there's also a separate Darkwing Duck Wiki, because DWD is a DT spinoff.) But since I still have never read Scrooge McDuck comics and all I know about it are some cursory notes, I still had to vote "I don't know."

This is dangerous,Pink. It is also a TERRIBLE IDEA!!! I can't imagine the end of this wiki,especially via merger. This awesome little niche wiki is the home of potential greatness on it's own. This is designed for DuckTales (and Darkwing Duck,partially) pages,while the Scrooge McDuck wiki is for Disney duck content. they should remain apart for good.

I just can't get across how strict that wiki is when it comes to editing, here you can edit freely, over there the control is that bad is almost as insane as the family guy wiki.

As much as I like SMcD Wiki (and I do) it is a strong "No" from me. The DT stuff will get lost among other articles, and the DT aspect will get a whole lot harder to maintain. Also, SMcDW is a bit blurry when it comes to continuities - regarding DT87 as the same continuity of all Disney comics, while totally separating D17; I predict that a merge will be quite a messy business that will not only have a negative effect on the DT articles, but also on the social aspect of DT Wiki.
