His appearance in that episode was literally a cameo. All he did was sob, say "He was too young!", run off, come back saying "You're alive?!", and fainting. I don't understand how that's not a cameo. It like Della in The Phantom and the Sorceress. She literally had a very short role, therefore, they considered it a cameo. Shouldn't the same be for his appearance?

According to the Dictionary.com definition, a cameo is considered an appearance by a major character in a single scene in a movie or television episode. However, Donald appears not only in the funeral scene you specified, but is apparently also seen earlier in the episode in security footage. As such, he appears in more than one scene, and therefore his role in the episode is not a cameo in the strictest sense. @Gman213 and @Oxlord am I correct in that being your reasoning?
