I haven't seen much of a difference. Am I missing something?

@FTVAOfficial there have been a number of changes. Special:WikiActivity no longer exists, and the search bar has become somewhat erratic, at least when visiting the site on mobile devices. There have been a few other items, but I believe those two are the most significant.

I noticed that the comments section has a new look. Is that one of the things that changed with the new format?

It's definitely not mobile friendly, i'm not exactly a fan of this new update but i would say maybe wait some time and see if the bugs are worked out and stuff. If you have mobile definitely use a computer for this site.

Does this new format affect the size of the letters on a normal article?

because I see enormous letters in a lot of pages.
