I actually think that Negs is more likely to be the main villain of the upcoming Darkwing Duck reboot. He showed no interest in joining F.O.W.L, in the original series, besides he is far more likely to make gather the Fearsome Five. But he is the most logical of all the other chooses to join F.O.W.L.
@BlueDaly Because Glomgold is dumb, ridiculous, acts like the worst spoiled child, and his plans are so dumb that a baby could think of a better plan. Just think about it carefully, F.O.W.L would never accept Flintheart Glomgold.
He ISN'T a villain, he's just some lame enemy of scrooge. Honestly, Scrooge must be embarrassed to have such a lame enemy, the only master plan he did was in "The 87-cent solution". U know, the time teaser.
