Liquidator was a devious businessman

Megavolt was a young scientist who got powers that fried his brain

Bushroot was a scientist who was relentlessly bullied and turned himself into a frankenplant

Negaduck is just Bizarro Darkwing.

So far, everyone but Negaduck and Liquidator were evil from the start. I don't want redemption arcs, i just kinda feel bad.

I feel very bad for Bushroot because his origin was the most tragic. He really was just trying to do the right thing. There are parallels between Bushoot and Victor and the monster that Victor Frankenstein created because Dr.Bushroot is both scientist and monster. That was not his intent though and he could reform eventually though that is unlikely. Notably of the Fearsome Five the only ones that already were evil as already pointed out are Liquidator and Negaduck. For Liquidator he was already a corrupt businessman and Negaduck is an evil Darkwing of the five Bushroot is the only one that does not want to hurt anyone and therefore is the most likely to get a redemption arc.

Fair enough. Bushroot may have a redemption arc, but he works as a villain to the point of me not wanting hit. Actions have consequences. If you want a good Bushroot, go to the Negaverse

Far point. Bushroot of the Negaverse is a hero. He in the regular world did evil things and he knows that what he did was wrong unlike the other villains Bushroot actually feels remorseful for his actions.
