Last time we saw castle McDuck, Scrooge said Donald is his parents "great-nephew" and know Louie is saying "great-great-gandma" to Scrooges mother.
Did I miss something or why isn't anyone talking about it?
I think Louie just said it because she is so old.
It could be he's saying she's a "great" great-grandmother. As in she's the best great-grandmother.
The first one was a script error, or so I’ve heard. As far as how to reconcile it in-universe, I would guess that it was a slip of the tongue. Scrooge is 150+ years old; the fact that he doesn’t make such slips more often is pretty impressive.
