Why didn’t the writer make Glomgold and the rest of the non-F.O.W.L. villains join F.O.W.L. instead of letting Steelbeak take control of them?
Where would Glomgold, Magica and the Beagles head to after they handled Bradford?
Where was Mark Beaks who was supposed to be in it? He could’ve become a part of F.O.W.L.!
Now we all know Webby (a.k.a. April), May and June are Heron’s clones, but where are their original-selves?
Do you think Gandra should’ve been the one of the main protagonists?
If Heron, Jeeves, Bradford’s brothers and Don Karnage are all dead, what happened to the rest? The other F.O.W.L. agents?

Actually we have no idea if Don and jeeves are actually dead. Jeeves survived slamming his head super hard on the giant gold nugget so I'm pretty sure a couple sand and bricks will be nothing to him and if he was dead, technically it's just making him stay dead since he was already dead. As for don, we have no idea if he survived or not. If he did, he probably retreated, along with rockerduck and Steelbeak
June and May's original selves do not exist in this universe, they are clones of Webby.

Presumably, Bradford felt he could trust/eventually deal with the operatives he already had. Glomgold, Magica, and the Beagles were a different story, and so he wanted to get rid of them instead of trying to manipulate them.
Presumably back to their various homes. I’m sure the creators wanted to leave the possibility open the the McDuck family and their allies will have to deal with them in the future.
Mark Beaks is no more physically impressive than Gyro, so he wouldn’t have been much help in a fight.
May and June were cloned from Webby, who in turn was cloned from Scrooge.
I think Gandra was fine as she was; Fenton himself was only a supporting character.
If the kids survived the Sunchaser crashing, I imagine Don Karnage fared about as well. Unless the various captives Scrooge and co. freed rounded up the Eggheads and surviving F.O.W.L. agents, they’ve most likely escaped, undoubtedly to cause more trouble in the future. Maybe they’ll regroup with new leadership, or maybe the organization will fracture into smaller groups or see individual members go their own way.

Okay. And do you think F.O.W.L. should have recruited Glomgold and all the non-F.O.W.L. villains instead of controlling their minds? Or did they made a huge mistake of doing what they actually did? And do you think they should also have find Negaduck and get Lunaris down?
@Tom Brahms no, I doubt the other villains would have been any more helpful as not zombies. Anyway, Bradford was planning on getting rid of all his underlings, so it was preferable for him to have as few as possible. Negaduck I could only see him tracking down to get rid off, given how obviously deranged he is, but so far as anyone in the show knows Jim Starling is dead. As for Lunar-is, if he’s still alive he’s stuck up in space with no resources and no one who can/wants to help him. I rather suspect Bradford would rather leave him up there than bother with the effort of getting him down only to vaporize him.
