Why did she even add Gandra, Goslyan and Daisy, who don’t have many/any connections with Scrooge, on the board?

BTW, I thought she could hardly accept the truth about Gandra who threw a flashbomb at her and Dewey.

I think she added them because they are important to the people she loves.

Goslyan works alongside of Launchpad and Launchpad is Webby's friend. Also Dewey and Goslyan are friends and Webby is close with Dewey

And then Gandra is super important to Fenton and Fenton is Gizmoduck. Also Fenton and Gandra work with Huey a lot

What I'm trying to say is Webby holds account of everything that goes on in Duckburg, Thats why they are all on the board.
