Just because a show says something is canon doesn't mean we have to accept it. As I believe I've said before, I choose to believe Hortense is adopted, and Webby and Dewey are, therefore, unrelated. You can disagree with the ship if you'd like, because everyone is entitled to their own opinion. Just remember that we are also entitled to ours :)

@BlackLicorice1234 it is legal in those states because people simply don't do it or is rare. In general incest is illegal in several countries for a variety of reasons. If you are curious then google it.
