I have a list of all of their moments from original darkwing. It’s 9 pages long.

Important Parts:

-Darkwing kisses Launchpad on the lips. Launchpad does not wipe it off, and seems to like it.

-Drake and Launchpad are going to spend Christmas together.

- in “The haunting of mr.banana brain” Launchpad and Darkwing are seen holding hands.

-Launchpad is very annoyed by Darkwing talking about how much he likes Morgana--so annoyed that he flies the Thunderquack upside down to get Darkwing to shut up.

-Drake and Launchpad take out the trash together, usually a one person job

-Darkwing moves in close to Launchpad and ends up taking a seaton the arm of the chair that Launchpad is sitting. Darkwing puts an arm around Launchpad.

-Drake brings Launchpad to his high school reunion.

-THEY LIVE TOGETHER!

Conclusion: SECRET GAYS

If the show could have a gay couple without the backlash that ty and Indy got, than yes. I think Drakepad would be canon.

Was there backlash over Punumbera being cannonically lesbian? this show could've had so much representation if it weren't for the karens and censors....

I don’t know about penny, because it wasn’t explicitly stated in the show. But hey, in the fans minds, it’s canon. (Except the Morgwing shippers…)
