It got knocked out of Bradford’s hands. I would guess that it and the other artifacts were either secured at the Library of Alexandria or else moved to another secure location or locations. Ludwig, Beakley, and Scrooge probably worked something out with S.H.U.S.H. to accomplish this, along with getting the various F.O.W.L. captives home and presumably trying to round up what members of F.O.W.L. they could.
It’s still unknown if surviving agents of F.O.WL. are really arrest or gone into hiding. Would love to see S.H.U.S.H. make an appearance in the present to see them arrive at the Library of Alexandria and to investigate and making sure everyone is safely returned home. Well Ludwing Von Drake could contact backup or could’ve seen that happened.
If there are some agents that escape, wonder who. Wonder if the escaped agents might plan revenge in the future or hoping someone rebuilds F.O.W.L. like hopefully in the Darkwing Duck Reboot.
Like these three you mentioned and Pepper. Steelbeak’s grown intelligence from the intelli-ray might still be in effect, but who knows. Maybe a new leader or new high command might emerge and recruit these agents again.
