None of them seem particularly suited to F.O.W.L. recruitment. Gabby and the Smashnikovs are just hired thugs, and cheap hired thugs at that. F.O.W.L. hardly needed the likes of them when they had their force of Eggheads. Graves is somewhat more impressive, but the niche he would fill seems already occupied by Steelbeak and other top-ranking agents. None of them seem the type to pursue the grudges that motived some F.O.W.L. members either; Graves seems to want to avoid Mark Beaks forever, not kill him, and the other three don't seem to take anything all that personally.

Guess so, but still despite not wanting to kill or have F.O.W.L. qualities, I still think they could’ve tried not just on Scrooge McDuck, but also Flintheart Glomgold they can get rid of. Could’ve been hired as assassins or to steal something for them, but I don’t think it might be an idea.
