Do you think Bradford Buzzard and Black Heron can be considered as the two main antagonists of the third and final season because Bradford Buzzard is the one with the bigger plans, he's Scrooge's most personal arch-enemy, he directly told Black Heron what to do and he betrayed Black Heron and Black Heron made Bradford's villainy to be even worse (she manipulated him by peer-pressuring him to embrace his inner villain), she's Braford's boss by not the other way around (she use him like a unwilling pawn), she's more of a direct threat and she didn't care about Bradford betraying her since she's happy about Bradford embracing his villainy?

Bradford would've been a pure evil if he wasn't too pragmatic.

It’s Bradford for me. Never should’ve throw his own clones and Heron at all. He could’ve done a bit better like instead of throwing Donald in the Solego Vortex, he should’ve done that to Louie while claiming him as a good for nothing and to keep the family broken. Maybe Bradford could’ve had a clone of Zan Owlson to help with the plans further if F.O.W.L. still has resources for perfect cloning.

Lunaris is without a doubt my favorite Ducktales character and villain.
