I don't think they will have a hostile relationship with each other.Because Poe will most likely find out the truth about Lena and what Magica did to her. So most likely he will be good with Lena, but hostile with Magica.

Well, we may not know how officially be their relationship be like, but possible. And they're might be a chance it can be like that kind of relationship or not.
