I don't think they will have a hostile relationship with each other.Because Poe will most likely find out the truth about Lena and what Magica did to her. So most likely he will be good with Lena, but hostile with Magica.

Well, we may not know how officially be their relationship be like, but possible. And they're might be a chance it can be like that kind of relationship or not.

This idea definitely wants me to see the episode "The Secret(s) of Castle McDuck" only the castle belongs to the De Spells. Poe will be delighted to see Lena again along with Webby, May, June and B.O.Y.D., but Magica will be scornful and her niece will returning the favor in the same way Scooge and Fergus are treating each other. Also Lena shall introduce Gosalyn disguised as her foster sister Violet Sabrewing. I would love to see all this!
