I'm honestly not sure how it would be done. but out of all Scrooge Mcduck's villains I feel like she is the one with the most potential to be good. like she has a deeper story than say Glomgold or Beaks. I think if it were to be done in any way it would involve her brother.

I can say I agree with you, I do also want her to reveal the truth that the fact she made Lena, she has to be Lena’s mother, and she can finally find Poe (her brother), and pay foe all the mistakes with felling remorseful. And with Magica's after redemption, we could say make her more funnier/comedic than she was before, more good intentions and deeds, and also be a major supporting character in the future. Also would care if Lena is part of the main cast than in the supporting cast in my opinion.

I feel like Magica has already had numerous opportunities to choose between becoming good and staying evil, and she’s always opted for the latter. She may be Lena’s “parent”, technically speaking, but she’s clearly no mother in the sense of actually loving and caring for her. The only person she does seem to have cared for was Poe, and she even ignored him when she was angry enough. I suppose maybe if she got him back and he decided to be good, she might change.

But honestly, if that did happen I could also see her turning on him. No doubt she’d want to go back to tormenting people with their powers like they used to. If Poe wanted nothing to do with that anymore, I could easily see her accusing him of turning his back on their family’s traditions and/or what they as siblings used to love. She clearly doesn’t see anything wrong with it, and I don’t know what if anything could change her mind.

But hey, at least it’s your opinion, not everyone agrees. And I respect your opinion.

No! As all know, I always mention comics in a discussions. So, I will do so in this discussion as well. Well, Magica is an villain all this years and I don't think that Ducktales will change this. Also as a Carl Barks character, Magica is the main villain in his stories (or Beagle Boys). This rule is in all disney media after Carl Barks stories. If Magica become good, Ducktales will have broken Disney's rules.
