Donna is a Daisy Duck prototype created by Al Taliaferro in the daily Donald Duck strips. However a reference was made in the 2017 series in "The first Adventure" Scrooge mentioned Della Donna.
I headcanoned her as Daisy's sister when I found out she existed, but I like that it's Della's middle name (you learn something new every day).
