Bradford was from the beggin villain because told to Della about the Spear of Selene. Then we saw that he work for Scrooge to lern iformations for him but he was also a member of F.O.W.L. . So in all series Bradford was the main villain.
He was also and the big villain because he was the most organized and dangerous villain.
