Well, I know for sure it isn't in Season 1, because I just watched the episode...I'll try seasons 2 3 and 4.

Another question: are the episodes of DuckTales on Disney Plus in order? Or are they just scramble out of order?

They should be in order

S1E2 is where the kids go to the day trip of doom.

S2E2 is the one where Huey and Dewey and Cousin Fethry go under water on a submarine.

S3E2 is the one where the duck family were stuck in a TV show.

S1 E2 is the one where they go to Atlantis. S1 E3 is Day Trip of Doom.

I think I know where the mixup happened. By "episode 2", I was actually referring to the second half of the series premiere, which is double the length of a normal episode. So it's technically part of episode 1: Woo-oo!, but in the second half, which is also known as "Escape to/from Atlantis!" Sorry for the confusion.
