Darkwing Duck (TV show)

What can we expect from the Darkwing Duck reboot? Well we'll definitely see Negaduck (and possibly Stealbeak and Cyborg Bulba). But in The Duck Knight Returns! we observe the Liquidator (on a poster) before he becomes a water man. This means that in the real universe there is a Liquidator but he hasn't become a villain yet.
