The reason FOWL’s HQ is in the library of Alexandria is because in the story “the guardians of the lost library” it is revealed that the books of the lose library were through a series of circumstances turned into the Junior Woodchuck Guidebook

It was then given to Christopher Columbus to guard them but he took them adding the knowledge of Pre-Colombian America

The books were confiscated by the Spanish Empire

They were taken by Francis Drake who moved them to Fort Duckburg

Then Cornelius coot found them his son used the book to found the Junior Woodchucks adding ALL modern knowledge

THAT is the reason that FOWL has the library cause Bradford’s plan relies in the Junior Woodchucks

We agree that Scrooge has three genetic clones: Webby (April), May and June. Genetics made it his offspring, but then why was it Webby who discovered the papyrus? Certainly, May and June were created from Webby, not from Scrooge, but the idea that Webby is their mother... Is it because there is too much blur in May and June's blood? And then, Scrooge said his heir, right? Not his descendant/child? So why was only Webby able to find the papyrus?

If Bradford Buzzard and F.O.W.L. still has cloning resources in secret from the very beginning of the series, he could’ve authorized Heron to make a clone of a well led businesswoman Zan Owlson from Season 2. With that, F.O.W.L. gains more resources and support in secret while at the same time keeping a closer eye on Scrooge McDuck and anyone close to him. Even use low threat villains and flaws from family like Louie as distractions to cover their tracks.

Remember what I said about Louie’s blame for these incidents leading up to the invasion? This is just something Bradford Buzzard and F.O.W.L would’ve said, and they should have thought about disposing Louie immediately by dropping him in the Solego Vortex during the final battle. The family might understand Louie’s flaws, but it might only make F.O.W.L despise the McDuck Family even further. Even though it was Bradford who lead to these events, he has no knowledge about Lunaris’ invasion plan or that Della is alive on the moon until the events occurred. He only took advantage of the family’s adventurous nature to tear them apart. It was also McDuck and his family’s own actions that made these events happen without thinking twice. F.O.W.L would even consider Louie “a good for nothing triplet”. Again this is something F.O.W.L would possibly say.

If F.O.W.L. somehow got evidence about the McDuck Family being the cause of Lunaris to complete his plans to invade Earth possibly with the Psychic Division if established, they could secretly show this to the world in hoping they would shun the McDuck Family. After all Scrooge built the Spear of Selene which Della stole after that, Della while being stranded on the moon, gave the plans of the rocket to Lunaris to start his invasion he’s been planning for years before Della’s arrival, and Louie after messing with the Space-Time Continuum, led to the moment of him running the company made horrible bad decisions on unleashing the Bombie and dropping a satellite in a failed attempt to stop the Bombie left Earth completely vulnerable for the invasion to accelerate. Even though by the end of the series Bradford Buzzard was the one who secretly told Della about the Spear of Selene, it was a well kept secret with no clear evidence.

If Bradford has a Psychic Division, he might have his team read memories of the McDuck Family and see the flaws of them, mostly Louie’s actions from Season 2. With incidents like space and time falling apart to leaving Earth vulnerable for Lunaris’ invasion that almost led the planet being destroyed and Glomgold getting his company back which came from Louie’s actions, Bradford Buzzard might gain more followers and secure loyalty of his agents (especially Gandra Dee and May and June). It’s a good way to convince that the McDucks are the true evil enemies of the world.

If F.O.W.L. has established different divisions, can you try and come up with names?

Other than McDuck Enterprise, Bradford should’ve also have most agents to infiltrate billionaires like Glomgold, Beaks, and Drakes and secretly use their riches to increase F.O.W.L.’s resources. Maybe have each agent take over each business like Glomgold Industries and Waddle including secretly exposing Flintheart Glomgold and Mark Beaks. It was a purpose to cover F.O.W.L.’s tracks. While new leaders thrive, they use everything possible to avoid the McDuck’s or any suspicion.

The moment they were created, Bradford Buzzard and F.O.W.L. should’ve educate May and June on the flaws of Clan McDuck and those who are in close contact with. It involves showing them past incidents (Shadow War, “Timephoon!”, Moonlanders’ Invasion), and how these are connected to the McDuck family by thinking they are the cause of these that almost led to the world to the brink of destruction. That can help make May and June reject the family and think they’re too dangerous to exist.

In “Timephoon!”, Louie got in trouble big time. If FOWL saw this, they might take advantage of this by hiring a shapeshifting agent to impersonate Della and call Louie a reject to the family that she would have Webby as a third child instead. This will lead to a major argument in the family and Lena might get involved by accusing them of encouraging Louie was possibly a terrible idea to accusing Della of giving birth to a third kid to be known as “the evil triplet”. Sounds too dark and out of character, but the three story of Louie’s scheme always stings that it causes them to weaken a bit for the invasion.
