I don't think they will get arrested, but I feel like if they do rob Scrooge, he will find a clever way to get even, just like in the Carl Barks comics DuckTales 2017 is based off of.
I believe there was a picture of Steelbeak that a user shared in the comment section of the article about DT17 Season 3,
I have some predictions for the next two episodes.
Episode 19: This one is pretty obviously the TaleSpin/Not Wuzzles episode. I feel like the not-Wuzzles could be the villains of this episode, although based on a picture posted by another member, Steelbeak could also be the villain.
Episode 20: This one is a bit harder to predict, but I am guessing that it will be another Fenton/Gandra episode. I think that Fenton will ask Huey and Gandra to help him with the big project he's been working on, but F.O.W.L will want Gandra to steal the project or kill Gizmoduck. There will probably be a small fight before Fenton convinces Gandra to accept him and Huey for who they are, and she defects to the McDuck side.
I'm OK with it, as long as Seth Rogen is kept as far away as possible.

I hope Della appears in at least one of these shorts! If she does, hopefully she's still voiced by Paget Brewster.

Apparently, Launchpad is going to remain with the McDuck family during the day, but go to St. Canard and hang out with Darkwing and Gosalyn at night. That way, he splits his time evenly among his two families.
