Huey, Louie, Dewey is the rank.

He ISN'T a villain, he's just some lame enemy of scrooge. Honestly, Scrooge must be embarrassed to have such a lame enemy, the only master plan he did was in "The 87-cent solution". U know, the time teaser.

In addition to why Dewey is the worst is cuz he just can't deal with things when they don't go his way, which causes trouble. Like when he ran away from Scrooge just because him and the others didn't listen to his "legendary" hat story. It was only one sentence! Like c'mon Dewey, grow up. The world doesn't revolve around you. He's so immature like Zeus. Okay, I've pretty much proved my point.

Huey, cuz Dewey is embarrasing and his plans are dumb (he's the worst triplet). Louie is way better than Dewey. He's second cuz his plans are actually smart but if he just gets smart himself they can actually succeed. Huey is the best, cuz he's really smart, is often really helpful on adventures, and is he figured out that Bradford was evil first.

1. Yes it really is magic that makes his luck, as you already know, The Phantom Blot drains magic after Magica De Spell destroyed his village. This made him very angry and thought that Magic was dangerous, so he wanted to get rid of magic once and for all.

2. He probably mended the glove or got a new one, where and how is currently unknown.

3. Not really, I mean he wants to take and destroy magic, so in order to do that, he probably will need magic himself, so once he's collected and destroyed all the magic, he'll destroy the glove I guess so magic is gone once and for all.
