So, basically I have a question. If Webby was the heir to Scrooge McDuck then why didn't the papyrus appear to Webby earlier in her life? Why did it appear to her, only when Bradford brought her to a specific location? Why didn't the papyrus of binding appear to her the minute she was born/created?

@Webbigail Vanderduck I'm pretty sure the reason Webby isn't a guy is because she wasn't an exact clone of Scrooge. I think FOWL made her using Scrooge's DNA but didn't make her an exact clone. If she were an exact clone she'd be a guy and considered Scrooge's brother(I never thought I would say that). But they were trying to make an HEIR of Scrooge so they used his DNA to create Webby but not make her an exact clone of Scrooge.

And this season was supposed to be Huey’s season? Nope! So first we had Dewey’s S1, which was perfect, the right amount of drama, angst, comedy, everything. S2, belonging to Louie, was also amazing. Then we have S3, which, even though is supposed to be “Huey’s” season, it’s really not. We seriously saw more WEBBY than HUEY. I thought there would be WAY more dramatic Huey moments. But NOPE, just DuckTales downgrading the quality.
It was never said that Season 3 would be Huey's season. All the fans assumed that it would be but it wasn't. No canon sources suggest that the idea of each season focusing on each triplet is real, that idea was assumed by fans. I admit I was disappointed by the lack of Huey scenes but being mad at something just because you assumed something else isn't worth the energy. Also, considering the fact that the creators of the show had more scenes with Webby, maybe just maybe, they wanted season 3 to be WEBBY'S SEASON.
While with Dewey and Launchpad, they're both loveable and funny, but I can't relate with them as much. And as for Louie and Goldie I can't really say much about them because they only had one episode where they showed loyalty and compassion for each other while the others had many.
Well I guess it's also because both Huey and Fenton are such loveable, comedically, dorky(not meant as an insult), nerds that just make me smile and laugh. Plus there are some things for both of them that I can really relate with.

Maybe but if the papyrus wouldn't show itself to anyone else, then how would people know the location of it's resting place?

I don't think this fandom is toxic because I haven't seen anything dramatic or toxic but there might be, although I doubt it.
Yes. It should either be a remix/parody of the normal DT17 theme song or a completely new one with the same/a similar vibe to it that the DT17 theme song had.
