I love Magica and Poe they are the best Villain´s but I don´t see them as full Evil, the same for Lunaris and Bradford.
Lunaris fear turned him bad and Bradford was right in my Eyes the McDuck Family went to far and the other ones, well, they are just funny and not to take serious as Villains but still good Characters.
If I remember correctly, Morgana does not even exist in the 2017 Version and the User seems to mean the Reboot because he added tags of it.

I vote Della because I don´t like that all see her as a "Victim" from Bradford but hate is a to strong Word actually I like her and find her cool.
Launchpad can be a little annoying with his Stupidity but must at the Time I can laugh about him.
Goldie and Steelbeak are great and Doofus is a little insane but I also laugh must about him.
All three are so cute but I vote May because she is seems to be the "badest" one :)
