I had the idea that Scrooge or maybe Lena would somehow find a way to find Poe and reunite him to Magica. That way Lena and her can then turn him back into a duck again which Magica celebrates, but then Poe also becoming good after so much time as a crow that then irritates Magica because she still wants Scrooge’s dime or something. So their whole plot for S4 would be Magica coming up with the plans and Poe just going along with them knowing they won’t work or speaking against it while Magica tries to teach Poe how to be a villain again.

In my opinion, Bradford was for sure the villain with the biggest brains, but Heron had the natural villain flair while Blot had the supernatural villain flair. I’ll say Bradford, but really it’s a three way tie for me, between Bradford, Heron and Phantom Blot.
