B.J. Ward is a voice actress who appeared in the DuckTales episode "Top Duck", providing the voice of Loopy McQuack.
Voice acting since the 1980s, Ward has provided her voice for shows like G.J. Joe, Jana of the Jungle, Pound Puppies, A Pup Named Scooby-Doo, and The Smurfs, and has provided voices for various Disneyland theme park attractions.
She has also taken up the role of Betty Rubble (The Flintstones) and Velma Dinkley (Scooby Doo) at different points of her career and is the creator and star of Stand-Up Opera, a musical one-woman show.
