Bernie Kopell (misspelled as "Koppel" in the end credits) is a voice actor who appeared in the DuckTales episode "Spies in Their Eyes", providing the voice of Victor Luzer.
He is best known for his role as Dr. Adam Bricker in The Love Boat.
