William Robert "Bill" Farmer is an American voice actor, comedian, and impressionist who is the voice of Goofy in many Disney productions featuring the character since 1987, including in the DuckTales 2017 Season 3 episode "Quack Pack!"

Aside from Goofy, Farmer has provided the voices of Pluto, Horace Horsecollar, and Practical Pig as well. He is also the voice of Hop Pop Plantar in Amphibia. He has also provided additional voices in films such as Beauty and the Beast, Hercules, Who Framed Roger Rabbit, Toy Story, The Iron Giant, Sing, Brother Bear, and Monsters University.

Along with Tony Anselmo (Donald), Corey Burton (Ludwig Von Drake), Jim Cummings (Negaduck), and Michael Bell (Quackerjack), Bill Farmer is one of the only actors from the Disney Afternoon to retain his original role for the DuckTales reboot.
