Robert Michael "Bobby" Moynihan Jr. (born January 31, 1977) is an American actor and comedian best known for his performance in the NBC sketch-comedy Saturday Night Live for eight seasons from September 13, 2008 through May 20, 2017. He voiced Louie Duck in the DuckTales reboot.
Moynihan is also known for voicing Panda in We Bare Bears from 2015 to 2020. His other credits include The Nut Job 2, Ted 2, The Secret Life of Pets, The Side Car, Descendants 2, Jake and the Never Land Pirates, Flora and Ulysses, Comedy Bang! Bang!, Summer Camp Island, and Me, Myself & I, and he also played Forgetter Bobby in the Pixar movie Inside Out and Fantos the Amassor in Kid Cosmic.
