Carlos Jaime Alazraqui (pronounced "Alla-zer-kee") is an American actor, stand-up comedian, voice actor, singer, impressionist, producer, and screenwriter. He provided several guest voices in the DuckTales 2017 episode "The Impossible Summit of Mt. Neverrest!"

Alazraqui has been voice acting since 1985 and some of his notable roles include Denzel Crocker (The Fairly Oddparents), Lazlo (Camp Lazlo), Spyro (Spyro the Dragon), Rikochet (¡Mucha Lucha!), and Rocko (Rocko's Modern Life). Other animated shows he worked on include Rugrats, Invader Zim, Pinky and the Brain, Courage the Cowardly Dog, Handy Manny, and Wow! Wow! Wubbzy!.

He has also lent his voice to commercials such as Taco Bell where he voiced their chihuahua mascot.
