David Block served as one of four main directors during season 1 of the original DuckTales, directing 14 of its 65 episodes.
Block has worked on various movies and animated shows from Disney. He focused on character design in films like Tarzan (Porter), Hercules (Pegasus) and The Emperor's New Groove (Kronk). Shows he worked on include Kim Possible, Bonkers, Adventures of the Gummi Bears, The New Adventures of Winnie the Pooh and The Penguins of Madagascar.
He also wrote, directed and produced the short Petal to the Metal.
