Don Karnage and his crew of Air Pirates are the first antagonist in the comic book story "The Legend of the Chaos God". He lived 50 years ago before the Ducktales era with Baloo, Kit, Molly and others in Cape Suzette.

The Legend of the Chaos God[]
Baloo, Kit, and Molly are flying the Sea Duck out to the island of Rakkinroon to bring supplies to an explorer named Professor Simon Potsherd. Baloo explains to Molly that Potsherd has found the Temple of Dummingluum and has been digging up artifacts from it for a museum, in hopes of finding out why the island's civilization suddenly vanished. Just then, Kit notices that Don Karnage and his Air Pirates are also approaching the island with a big net with which they intend to steal the artifacts. Baloo flies the Sea Duck right into the Pirates' net and spins it around, sending the Pirates flying off into the distance.

- Don Karnage originally appeared in one of the Disney Afternoon series, TaleSpin.
- In the Disney Adventures issue Don Karnage answers letters and proclaims he is a wolf (after a written letter suggests he is a dingo).
- Don Karnage also appeared as a busic antagonist in Ducktales Reboot and he cooperated with Flintheart Glomgold, Magica De Spell, Beagle Boys and Mark Beaks.
- In his 2017 version appeared some heir of him and not himself.
