Don Rosa is an American comics creator.
While only creating one DuckTales story (the short DuckTales 1987 story "Back in Time for a Dime"), Rosa, a highly regarded Duck comics creator, is notably the writer and artist of the twelve-part comic book serial "The Life and Times of Scrooge McDuck", which served as one of the inspirations for the reboot series.
