Dr. Atmoz Fear (voiced by Tom Kenny) is a minor villain appearing in the DuckTales reboot episode "The Dangerous Chemistry of Gandra Dee!"
This weather-based supervillain clashes with Gizmoduck on the rooftops of Duckburg during a thunderstorm he created. Dr. Atmoz first scolds his enemy for struggling with his speech. With Gizmoduck distracted by a phone call, the mad scientist tries to shock him with lightning bolts, but the superhero punches Dr. Atmoz and shorts out his weather-control device. Dr. Atmoz is then turned over to the police.
