Druids were high-ranking religious leaders in Celtic societies.

The Missing Links of Moorshire![]

After King James of Scotland banned golf due to Black Donald McDuck's aggressive behavior, the druids of Moorshire did not want to give up golf, so they built a secret course, dubbed the "Missing Links", where they could continue playing. The secret course is accessible via a stone circle, and is full of dangers, including a duo of kelpies named Briar and Bramble who try to lure the players in the water and drown them, and a mist that turns the players into stone. The only way the players can escape the course is by finishing the game. The winners are awarded a golden Druid Cup by the kelpies.

The Secret(s) of Castle McDuck![]

When Scrooge rebuilt Castle McDuck, he bought a few discount druidic stones and built them into the castle walls. The stones are rife with supertropical wizardry seemingly enchanting everything they touch with incredible arcane power, in this case, granting immortality to the inhabitants of the castle, Fergus and Downy McDuck, but if one were to leave the castle grounds, his or her immortality would wear off, as the druid stones' power have no effect at a certain distance, and they would continue to age normally. It shrouds the estate in dense mystical Arcanum, producing thick mists that are impossible to navigate through, and only reveals itself once every decade or so.
