Feathers Galore is Dr. Nogood's beautiful minion.
When Launchpad, temporarily working for undercover for S.H.U.S.H., impersonating the F.O.W.L. agent Bruno Von Beak, is told to locating someone called "Feathers" in New Delhi, he happens upon a night club and star of the show, Miss Feathers Galore. Feathers comes out on stage in belly-dancer attire, and walks up to Launchpad, believing him to be Bruno, arranging for them to meet up.
