Fisher is a minor character who appeared in the DuckTales reboot episode "The Ballad of Duke Baloney!" He is voiced by John DiMaggio.
History[]
The Ballad of Duke Baloney![]
Fisher first appears in this episode, where he is a fisherman. Him and Mann rescued Flintheart Glomgold from the sea in a fishing net after he disappeared. He later worked with Glomgold (not knowing who he truly was) fishing until he recovered his memory and went back to take back his business.
