Fisher and Mann are a couple of minor characters who appeared in the DuckTales reboot episode "The Ballad of Duke Baloney!" They are voiced by John DiMaggio and Grey Griffin.

The Ballad of Duke Baloney![]
Fisher and Mann first appear in this episode where they rescued Flintheart Glomgold from the sea in a fishing net after he disappeared. They later worked with Glomgold (not knowing who he truly was) fishing until he recovered his memory and went back to take back his business.
