History[]
The Frontier Beagle Boys were the first to meet Scrooge McDuck when he first arrived in America. After a brief encounter in a New York jail, the three brothers – Butch, Wild Bill, and a Beagle whose name isn't mentioned – attack Scrooge's Oklahoma bound train together with Ma Beagle. Although the Beagles escape with only Scrooge's Number One Dime and his kilt, Scrooge is able to make them turn themselves in to the local authorities by "torturing" them with his bagpipe music.
