Glasgow is the largest city in Scotland. Perhaps most notably, it is the city in which Scrooge McDuck spent his childhood.
History[]
As a child, Scrooge McDuck worked on the streets of Glasgow as a shoe shiner. One day, a man named Burt hired Scrooge to shine his muddy shoes. After Scrooge worked tirelessly to clean his shoes, Burt paid Scrooge with an American dime, which would later become his "Number One Dime". This dime would inspire Scrooge to move to America to find his fortune.
