Grandma Duck, Donald Duck's grandmother, is an established character within the pre-DuckTales comics.
Although she never appeared in the 1987 DuckTales cartoon, she has made several minor appearances in DuckTales comics, starting in 1989. In 2011 she appeared in Boom! Studios revival comics serial "Dangerous Currency". She lives at her farm, outside Duckburg. But, she (or a character who like with her) has appeared in the TV-series with some cameo appearances in the episodes "Horse Scents" and "Take Me Out of the Ballgame" .
Grandma Duck's appearance was used for an anonymous bystander in "Horse Scents".
