Jaleel White

Jaleel Ahmad White is an American actor, comedian, producer, and writer who voiced Gene the Genie in the DuckTales reboot.

Outside of DuckTales[]

White is best known for his role as Steve Urkel in the TV sitcom Family Matters and played characters in various guest spots in shows like Full House, Step by Step, and Scooby-Doo and Guess Who? Another well-known role for White is providing the voice for Sonic the Hedgehog in various adaptations.

He has also appeared in shows like The Jeffersons, Mr. Belvedere, Fake It Till You Make It, The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, Grown-Ups, Raven's House, and Me, Myself & I. His film credits include Quest for Camelot, Big Fat Liar, Dreamgirls, and Judy Moody and the Not Bummer Summer.

White was also a contestant in Dancing with the Stars in Season 14, where he came in 7th place with professional dancer Kym Johnson, and he was the host of Total Blackout.
