James Jonah "Jim" Cummings is an American voice actor and singer who provided several voice roles for both DuckTales 1987 and DuckTales 2017.
DuckTales Roles[]
Cummings provided the voices of El Capitán and various minor characters in the original DuckTales. He appeared in five of the 100 episodes of the series.
In the DuckTales reboot, he was the voice of Jim Starling and Paddywhack, making him one of eight voice actors to appear in both series, the others being Tony Anselmo, Michael Bell, Corey Burton, Rob Paulsen, Russi Taylor, Tress MacNeille, and Keone Young.

Cummings is a veteran voice actor with numerous roles in television, film, and video games known for voicing Winnie the Pooh and Tigger in the Winnie the Pooh franchise. His major Disney Afternoon roles included Darkwing Duck and Negaduck in Darkwing Duck as well as Don Karnage in TaleSpin, Monterey Jack in the later episodes of Chip 'n Dale Rescue Rangers, Peg-Leg Pete in Goof Troop (a role he has reprised in almost everything the character has appeared in since), Bonkers D. Bobcat and Lucky Piquel in Bonkers, and Razoul in Aladdin (reprising the role from the original film).
