Jones is Donald's anger management counselor who appears in "What Ever Happened to Donald Duck?!" voiced by James Adomian.Scrooge McDuck (2017) later paid Donald Duck (2017) bill because he was getting results and at least focusing it and found the source of the anger.

- Jones is based upon the character Neighbor Jones from the Duck comics created by Carl Barks.[1] His first name in the comics was Jughead[2].
