Ligeia is a siren living on Ithaquack. She is a servant of Zeus who takes the form of a young female duck.
She can sing an enthralling song that puts Storkules in a trance and forces him to obey orders from Zeus.
Despite being female, her speaking voice is deep and raspy, provided by Fred Tatasciore.
