Moonlanders are aliens who live in the Moon city of Tranquility. They made their first appearance in the episode "What Ever Happened to Della Duck?!"
Culture[]
The Moonlander culture revolves around the use of gold for basically everything, from technology to building material and clothing. Penumbra even claims that sometimes they had so much gold that they threw it in the garbage, which ironically is also made out of gold.
They all believe that the Moon is a planet and most of their population seem to be civilians who don't have a need to fight. This is explained by Lunaris when Penumbra questions him for letting Della return to Earth and faking her attack on him in front of the rest of the Moonlanders.

- Even though they possess superior technology than that present on Earth, they appear to lack knowledge of aerodynamics. This is emphasized in "What Ever Happened to Donald Duck?!", when Penumbra finds Lunaris' previous attempts at leaving the Moon.
- They think that the Moon is a planet, and become infuriated when told the otherwise. This is even exploited in their motto during the invasion "We are the mighty, we are the Moon."
- There don't seem to be children among the Moonlanders.
