Nightmare Beast is a character originating from the video game Legends of Legend Quest Dereznaroth which Della and Huey encountered while playing the game. Nightmare Beast first appeared in the DuckTales (2017) episode "Happy Birthday, Doofus Drake!" It also popped out of the television set and attacked the children in "The Phantom and the Sorceress!"
