Oxy-chew is an invention of Gyro Gearloose. It is a black licorice-flavored chewing gum that people can chew practically indefinitely for survival, continuously supplying them with the oxygen, water and nutrients they need to survive.
History

Della Duck chews Oxy-chew to survive on the moon without a space suit.
"Nothing Can Stop Della Duck!"
After crashing on the Moon due to his bad luck, Donald Duck downs a pack of Oxy-Chew to survive.
Trivia
Before appearing in DuckTales 2017, Oxy-Chew was introduced in the DuckTales 1987 continuity, in the DuckTales Remastered videogame as blue oxygen-flavored taffy.
