Pepper is an Egghead voiced by Amy Sedaris that first appeared in the DuckTales (2017) episode "The Phantom and the Sorceress!" She was a foot soldier of the international criminal organization F.O.W.L. In "The Fight for Castle McDuck!" was Phantom Blot's partner. She eventually becomes a top agent of F.O.W.L. Her last appearance was in "The Last Adventure!"

- Pepper turns out to be the only F.O.W.L. agent willing to work with Blot, as everyone else found him too creepy and too intense.
